hi from italyyy!!! it's now 9am in the morning and i'm tapping on free wireless. :D weather here's pretty chilly, esp at night. been lugging my coat everywhere i go! eeeps.

food is expensive (if you convert it back to S$) and it's italian food everywhere (what's new)!!! there are like 2 chinese restaurants nearby but have never gotten a chance to enter as yet.

and we tried out the apertivo last night. we paid like 8 Euros for a drink and voila.. there was food too! and lots of food! risotto, ensalata, carne, burgers (so american), patatine fritto..... and the drinks were strong, really strong, really really strong. No freaking joke man. you cannot taste the mixers at all. in all, it was all good. very filling and the drinks kept us warm for like 5 mins when we stepped outta the place.

admin is very troublesome. we have to run to places and queue and all to get things done. and the $$ paid for all these admin stuff is no joke man. seriously no joke. 30 Euros for a stamp. hello! where is the subsidy?!?

haha ok that was kiat. gonna go venture out to the carrefour of milan later.. in DESPERATE need of groceries! apparently there's a fresh market somewhere nearby on weekends, gonna go check it out. speaking of which, ALL MY SAUCES GOT CONFISCATED IN HEATHROW!!! bloody shits. argh. well, i kinda expected it i guess. :( :(
